What our clients say
Reviews
Excellent service throughout
“We can confidently recommend environet who have just removed Japanese knotweed from our garden after previous owners failed to declare it! The work (dig out) was carried out with the minimum of fuss and disruption and future visits to ensure nothing has been missed are already planned. What was particularly impressive was the high level of communication throughout the work, with time even being taken to explain processes to our children! It is a very expensive process but it’s worth getting things like this done by the experts and we feel environet re just that!”

Professional and courteous
“Dealing with Japanese Knotweed is stressful but Environet have come along, dealt with the situation and hopefully that will be the end of it. If not, they are on hand to help. Very thorough and professional in their approach and with the guarantee I am confident there is no further issue. I anticipated a garden looking like a mud bath but the team came in, dug away at the affected areas and left the rest of the garden alone. For that, I am truly grateful.”

Japanese Knotweed removal
“We contacted Environet during the Covid 19 lockdown after discovering Japanese Knotweed in our garden. I was put in touch with Emily Grant who was very knowledgeable and helpful from the outset, talking us through our options. We chose to have the plant dug out, which Emily did herself successfully once lockdown restrictions had been eased. I’ve been extremely impressed by my dealings with Environet and would highly recommend them based on my experience. Many thanks.”

Environet I give you 5 stars
“We are property developers and used Environet to remove knotweed from a development site we bought in 2014 using their resi dig out procedure , the work was carried out very efficiently with very knowledgable, helpful and polite staff using their machinery . They were always contactable and fast to react giving us total reassurance that this problem was in hand and under control . We took out a five year guarantee which is assignable should we sell the site on , this again gave us comfort and would do the same for any buyer should we wish to sell . I can only thoroughly recommend Environet through my first hand experience with them and am really impressed with the ongoing service that they have provided . Thanks Matthew for your commitment to us as customers.”
